Private room with full size bed perfect for the solo traveler or someone new to the city. 10-15 min to main Detroit attractions, 5 min to all major expressways. You'll stay in the beautiful main floor of my 1925 craftsman. The space has been lovingly updated to accommodate guests and I’m excited to welcome you! This listing is for one guest only. Please see my other listing to reserve the entire 3-bedroom place. The space You’ll have private access to a clean, minimalist bedroom with a full size bed and closet, and full use of all common areas— an open living and dining room, kitchen, office, and front porch. The other room may be occupied with shared bathroom. Guest access Guests do not currently have access to the backyard. Washer and dryer available for long term guests. During your stay I live on the property when in town, but I travel often and may not be there during your stay. I will always be available via call or text! Other things to note This is a multi-unit home. There may be tenants in the apartment above or below you during your stay. If I am here, I will have access to the common areas but for the most part the space will only be shared between you and the other main floor tenant.
