Please ensure your group packs these. We provide all bed linens and kitchen towels. 🚫 No Pets: Strictly prohibited due to severe owner allergies. 🚜 Trailer Parking: Per HOA rules, trailers are NOT allowed to be parked at the property. Parking is available for a daily fee at the marina or our rental office. 📦 Starter Kit: We provide 1 roll TP per bath, 1 roll paper towels, trash liners, and dish soap. Please bring additional supplies for your stay. 🔑 Check-In: 4:00 PM at our rental office (1233 Deerfield Way). Valid ID and credit card required. ⚓ Boat Slips: Not included at the house, but covered slips are available for rent through our office. 📍 Getting Around A personal vehicle is highly recommended.
