We are convinced that our space will inspire you with the tranquility and rest you need. With everything you need to make it your home for as long as you need. Located in a strategic point, one block from the expressway that crosses the entire city, the Santiago River, you can go to the west or downtown in just 15 minutes. TO DO. *No parties or noise after 9:00 PM. Avoid the embarrassment of being asked to leave* The space With an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed and smart TV), private parking for 2 small cars or a van. Three rooms with new furniture and bedding; the first with a double bed (with smart TV); the second with a bunk bed (1 single and 1 double) and; the third with 2 single beds. Full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom with towels. There is a space for home office or work on the ground floor. Wifi and smart locks. All rooms have blackout blinds (absolute darkness) and a fan. Guest access We will be available for whatever you need at all times. The house is entirely at your disposal. We have a small outdoor area inside the house that will help you relax. Stairs must be climbed to enter the bedroom area on the upper floor. However, we have a sofa bed on the ground floor for people with special needs. Your pets are welcome! We only ask that you help us take care of the house as we deliver it.
