Country House

In the heart of the Aveyron (France), ideal for hiking, swimming and outdoor activities, in a peaceful village overlooking meadows and woods, this renovated farmhouse opens its doors to you for stays with family or friends. Pleasant in all seasons, this large 200m² house welcomes you for convivial moments, inside and out, with all the comforts you need to escape and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet away from the city. The space You'll be packing your bags in a late 19th-century house and living on two floors, each measuring 100m². The accommodation is designed to sleep 12 people, although it is possible to add 3 extra people (click-clac and convertible sofa bed). - The ground floor consists of a large living/dining room separated by a central fireplace, a large family kitchen with dining facilities, and a bathroom/laundry room. o Living/dining room: You'll be able to relax in the two lounge areas, which feature armchairs and sofas (one of which converts), or sit down at the large main table to enjoy a good meal or simply play a game of board games (a large suitcase is at your disposal). A table football table is also available for your entertainment. o Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (capsule). A second fridge is available in the barn if required. o Bathroom/laundry room (ground floor): A bathroom consisting of a bath, toilet and two washing machines/dryers. - The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with double beds (160cm): o A 1st bedroom with two double beds and a 120cm sofa bed. o A 2nd bedroom containing a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom o A 3rd single bedroom containing a double bed o A 4th bedroom with two double beds. o An umbrella bed is also available if required. Guest access The house, the barn and the two outside areas (the main courtyard and the lower garden) are entirely at your disposal. Towels and bed linen are provided during your stay, and the beds will be made on your arrival for your comfort. We also provide a wide range of materials and equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Firewood, barbecue, grill, petanque balls, darts, rackets, balls... All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy.
