Holiday flat "Friedas Haus" ~ clinker brick building from 1900. On 70 m2 there are 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table, books & board games, a fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory with a view of the garden, a bathroom with bathtub & shower. WLAN, towels, bed linen & car park are included in the price. We are happy to provide a high chair & cot free of charge. Dogs welcome :-) The space Perfect for holidays with the family, a short trip with your favourite people or as a retreat after playing golf or a wedding at the golf resort, which can be easily reached by car in 5 minutes and on foot in 20 minutes. You sleep very comfortably in the large bedroom. Another room with a single bed, reading chair and desk is directly adjacent. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch (1.60 m when folded out) or eat, paint and play games together at the large table (backgammon, Jenga, Skat, Carcassonne and much more). The very spacious kitchen is of course equipped with everything you need for cooking: crockery, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, it's all there. Coffee is available in italian style or the way George Clooney likes it, there is also a milk frother :-) The bathroom has a shower and an additional bathtub for colder days. Shower gel, shampoo and towels are of course available free of charge. Absolute highlight: The winter garden with a view of the greenery for relaxing, listening to music and reading - we have countless books and magazines - please don't take them with you, you are welcome to read them all on site ❤️ Guest access A wide staircase leads directly to the flat on the second floor.
