The front porch site well above the street and is a great place to watch the world go by or enjoy the large fenced in yard and patio with dining and sitting areas, beautiful plantings and soft grass. Parking is EASY in Congress Park. There is plenty of free unrestricted parking. Bus stops, bike paths and bike lanes cross the neighborhood just a few blocks away and there are endless coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping within a short walk!
