This villa, completely redone, is located in a secure residence that will guarantee you a peaceful and relaxing family stay! Without even leaving the subdivision, you will have access to a refurbished swimming pool reserved for residents of the subdivision. Access to the sea is offered to you 150 meters on foot and the city center and all its entertainment is 300 meters on foot from the house. Once there, your vehicle will be parked in the secure parking lot of the residence. The space The accommodation has a living room with a brand new integrated kitchen (2024) A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with a window overlooking the terrace. Upstairs a mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 2 other single beds (90 x 190) A sofa bed in the living room also allows 2 additional people to share the accommodation. The bathroom and toilet have been completely renovated. A large terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun and barbecue evenings! The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning for the comfort of all in both summer and winter. Wi-Fi (fiber) and Orange TV package is also available for guests.
