Newly listed apartment in the center of Geilo. Only a few minutes walk to the train station, shops, cafes, eateries and shuttle bus to the ski lifts. There are nice hiking areas and bike paths in the immediate area. You can seek out climbing park, zipline, football golf, frisbee golf, sand volleyball, swimming areas, fishing grounds and water park. There are also opportunities for shopping for food, sports equipment and other things in walking distance from the apartment. The space The apartment is homey and is to a high standard. There is ring cabin heating function and waterborne heating in all floors. There are 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds. In the bedrooms there is a closet and also dresser in the master bedroom. There are duvets, pillows, bedding and towels Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need and some more. You will find airfryer, crock-pot and microwave as well as all of the drives and utensils. Please provide essentials, coffee capsules, spices, etc. in the cabinets. If you open new gaskets, it's nice if you buy back In the living room there is big and soft couch to say down in. You can play guitar or play cards and board games if you don't want to watch TV either. You can stream via Apple TV or Smart TV features. Wifi with good capacity is a given. Around the dining table there are 4 comfortable chairs where you can sit for a long time and enjoy the view of Slaattajordet and Geilotoppen. If you have more, there are extra chairs and extra plate for the table. If you need to wash or dry clothes, you will find a washer and dryer in the bathroom. You will also find electric shoe/wadding dryer and electric drying rack. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. In the interior stall you will find, among other things, vacuum cleaner and iron. There is a shared ski lodge in the basement. Other things to note The apartment cannot be used for partying and events. No smoking and no pets.
