There are 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, a trampoline (no netting, please use at your own risk and supervise children), ring toss game, badminton game, sand toys, etc. Indoor games included are board games, cards, poker set, etc. Beach house features Smart 58" TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, blue-tooth high performance soundbar speaker with woofer, stylish decor furniture, top line stainless steel appliances, well water tested, 3 water filtration systems plus a water softener, high efficiency furnace/central air conditioning with HVAC and moisture filtration system. Cottage kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cookware/kitchenware; Nespresso classic coffee machine, regular coffee machine, silent dishwasher, convention smooth cooktop range with exhaust fan, front load washer/dryer, ceiling fan, beautiful deck and 4 season sun-room with heated floor tiles overlooking 5 KM long sandy beach! You’re going to LOVE it!! Guest access Entire house and private property. Take long walks down the sandy beach shore which is public. You can walk for hours and get to a wilderness area where cars cannot access by roads (be prepared as it takes 4 hours, pack water and food). Other things to note There are very lovely neighbors however the house and lot remains very private. Since noise travels faster, farther and echoes more on the lake, it's wonderful to hear all the birds (seaguls, loons, pélicans and many, many more!) however this also means no loud music or parties on the beach. It is expected that patrons have fun but keep noise levels to a soft roar. This is a relaxing, serene sanctuary for couples, families and friends to share memories; It is not a party house (small intimate parties where noise levels are contained are ok).
