Waldchalet Tulfes
Description
The cabin is located at approx. 1000 meters, right by a stream and in the middle of the forest area. Immediate neighbors are squirrels, foxes, deer and a number of small forest dwellers as well as 3 other privately used huts. The cabin is on the mountain side, the last in this row and has a non-visible edge location and is surrounded by about 1,000 m² of land. By car: 15 minutes - Innsbruck, 5 minutes - local suppliers, 5 minutes - Tulfes ski resort, 5 minutes - Rinn ski resort (Kinderland) The space In addition to a rustic living room with wood-burning stove, dining area and a 140 cm wide bed, the cottage has an extra room with pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm) as well as a wardrobe. A full kitchen with adjoining storage shelf and suitcase parking space as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower are also available. Wood or fuel for the wood-burning stove in the living room is not included in the price. Upon early request, wood can be provided before arrival for a fee. Outside there is a lawn, a barbecue area (for electric grill incl.), and a dining area. At the edge of the lawn is an unsecured natural pond (approx. 50 cm deep). The property is fenced on 3 sides. On one side there is a steep slope which ends at the adjacent wild stream. Guest access The entire hut, except storage room and attic, is at your disposal. Entering the steep slope to the torrent as well as the pond is prohibited for self-protection. Other things to note The cabin is the perfect location for hikers, mountain bikers and ski tourists. From the circular hiking trail, easy as well as challenging routes lead to the adjacent, popular mountains. The path from the parking lot to the hut is not cleared of snow in the winter months, so a small transport toboggan is available in the parking lot. But guests who just want to enjoy nature or visit the state capital Innsbruck are also in good hands there. Local tax of the state of Tyrol will be charged separately at the end of the stay, see Tyrol Tourism Association.
