It still offers all the amenities of a modern studio. The flowery garden (bougainvillea, ibiscus, a thousand flowers, etc.) attracts hummingbirds and dragonflies by night after dark. The deck terrace offers a real visual comfort much appreciated. Guest access For any stay of a week or more we make available free of charge on request: 2 beach sheets, 1 fry and 1 insulated bag. A contribution of €5 is requested for the provision of this beach equipment for periods of less than one week. Other things to note Accommodation is not suitable for infants and children. The neighborhood is residential, parties are not allowed or family reunions are not allowed. The owner lives 100m away. Thank you for your understanding.
