This beautiful one-bedroom apartment, with king-sized bed, and superior quality sleeping sofa in the living area, is centrally located near the Albufeira Marina, close to beaches and many bars, restaurants and a supermarket.  The luxuriously furnished, spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a very large outdoor patio, overlooking the beautiful pool area. The space You enter this beautiful, spacious and bright apartment via an entrance lobby, from which leads the three doors to the bathroom, bedroom and the living room space. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, with a shower over the bath, and a glass screen instead of a shower curtain. There is also a basin, a toilet, and a bidet. The bedroom is spacious by any standards, with a luxury king-sized bed, superior quality innerspring mattress, built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning (cooling and heating) with sliding doors leading to a large outdoor patio.. The modern open-plan living room is equally spacious, with a dining area, a separate, modern kitchen area, and a sitting area, which also serves as additional sleeping space, in case extra guests or children need to use the sleeper sofa (converts into a full double bed, 140 cm x 200 cm). In the living area, there is a large Smart TV with 120+ channels, as well as a Bose Bluetooth speaker. The living room has air conditioning (cooling and heating). From the sitting area, sliding doors lead to the large outdoor patio. The apartment is on the first floor, overlooking the gardens and the spectacular pool area. The location on the first floor adds additional safety for parents traveling with small children, as the pool is not directly accessible from the patio. Due to the generous size of the patio, it easily serves as a second living/dining room space during the summer months. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric orange juicer, handheld blender, and electric mixer. The kitchen is kitted out with all necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, storage containers, etc. There is glassware for every occasion, including glasses for wine, beer, gin, champagne, martinis, port, etc. Crockery and cutlery are all of superior quality. In the pool area, you will find an enormous, sparkling clean pool, with a separate children’s pool adjacent to the large pool. Recliner chairs are available for free, on a first come, first serve basis. We supply beach towels to our guests for use on the beach and at the poolside. The entire apartment complex is set in large, fully fenced gardens, with ample free parking available on the property grounds. Access to the complex is via a remote controlled motor vehicle gate, or via a locked, key entry pedestrian gate. From the marina area, it is easy to explore the Old Town of Albufeira, and offers easy access to many stunning beaches, as well as walks along the famously spectacular Algarvian mesozoic limestone cliffs. Longer stays, such as a remote working holiday are made easy with high speed internet provided.
