Welcome to our Utica Upstate Escape! This unique place has a style all its own- old charm with minimalist styling. Our space is dedicated to the love for the Empire State. We are continuing to slowly fill this home with local artwork & antiques from NY. Our central location in Utica, NY is in a residential/commercial neighborhood. Feel secure in this safe neighborhood! It has a wrap around porch and brand new back patio. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home boasts natural light throughout the house. This space is all to yourself, with room for up to 3 cars to park in the private driveway and street parking for overflow. Each bedroom has its own closet with plenty of space. The upstairs bathroom will have your towels & extra toiletries while the downstairs bathroom is designed with one of our favorite artist in mind- Banksy. The foyer has room for all of your coats, shoes & extras for a comfortable entry & exit. Our open concept living room & dining area will make you feel right at home with wifi and a smart TV for lounging if you like. The kitchen has everything you could need- including dishwasher, keurig & some light beverages in the fridge. The basement has a washer & dryer for you too! We are pet friendly -- dog & cat bowls, dog treats, extra leash, toys and dog bags are there for your convenience. For your safety, the home is equipped with ring doorbells in the front and back porch and an ADT security system. Guest access Entire home is accessible for guests. Garage is not accessible.
