NO cleaning fee The space The garden studio is a comfortable, calm space in a quiet suburban street, but only minutes to Takapuna beach, eateries, business and minutes to motorway connections. The studio is double glazed, making it very quiet at night. Roll down the blind over the door in the evening, and you’ll be in your own little bubble. You will sleep between crisp white cotton sheets on a queen sized Murphy bed. A Murphy bed is a quality fold down bed. It has a hotel quality mattress and not a wire base as eluded to by a previous guest. The great shower comes highly recommended by guests. We can provide an iron and ironing board on request. Guest access The entire space is for guest use. (approx 32m)The studio is separate from our home. Other things to note The toilet uses rainwater from a tank outside the bathroom window. You may hear the pump operating when the toilet is flushed. On departure we would really appreciate guests putting linen that has been used in a pile on the floor. Just another small way we can reduce the use of precious water & power, is not washing towels and bedding that have not been used. Cleaning. I do all my own cleaning so hopefully each guest feels like no one has been there before them. Our cleaning materials are hospital grade disinfectants, so you can be assured the bathroom and kitchenette have been thoroughly cleaned to ensure your health & safety.
