Equipped with a dining table for 4, air conditioning, smart TV, Queen bed, sofa bed, and desk. Visitors are not allowed. Rates for 1–2 people; from the third person onward, there is an additional cost. The space The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a great stay, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils. We do not lend items outside the apartment, and it does not include an iron, hair dryer, blender, or corkscrew. Please note that for reservations with more than 2 guests, the sofa bed is prepared only upon request. These requests must be made during business hours in order to set up items like the trundle bed or sofa beds. After 5:30 PM, there is no staff available to prepare them. Lastly, our company is completely independent from the Torre de Cali building — we are not a hotel and we do not operate 24 hours. The building's front desk and doormen are not part of our team, so we kindly ask all guests to respect the building’s rules. At check-in, you will receive specific entry instructions and will also be required to sign a lodging agreement, which includes your Airbnb reservation summary, the building and company rules, and the legal formalities required by Colombian law. Guest access Depending on each guest’s arrival time, different check-in instructions will be provided. That’s why we recommend that guests inform us of their estimated arrival time in advance, so we can manage the reservation properly. The elevators from floors 1 to 10 are currently out of service due to an upgrade and improvement process. During this time, guests may use the service elevator, which is available at all times. It may be a little slower, but it will always be at your disposal to ensure access to the apartments. Other things to note We are not Plaza Hotel Torre de Cali, and we are not a hotel. We are a company that rents studio apartments for short- or long-term stays in the Torre de Cali building, but we do not offer breakfast or daily cleaning service, unless the guest wishes to pay for an additional cleaning. Starting from the 3rd guest, there is an additional charge. Please indicate the total number of guests when making your reservation. Visitors are not allowed. If someone wants to enter the apartment, there is an extra fee of 50,000 COP. At the time of booking, we will request guest information (photo of passport or Colombian ID, email, and home address). Please note that, as a legally registered business under the general tax regime, we must charge VAT (IVA) as required by Colombian law since January 2023. If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from the appropriate government authorities. Smoking and drug use are not permitted. No parties or loud noise are allowed please be respectful of neighbors. If any items are found damaged, or linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained, an additional fee will be charged.
