Set within a generous one-acre plot just outside Newton Abbot, this warm and welcoming 3-bed retreat blends rustic character with easy modern living, perfect for couples, friends or a small family (sleeps 5). Park up with ease (space for 2 cars), plug in at the on-site EV charger if you need it, lock the bikes away securely, and settle into country-quiet comfort. Inside, the open-plan living space is made for slow, happy time together: sink into the sofas with a good book, share simple suppers at the dining table, and let the log burner take the chill off after a day exploring the coast or moor. French doors and cottage windows draw in soft light and garden views, keeping you connected to the peaceful setting. When it’s time to sleep, three calm bedrooms promise an unhurried night: two king rooms (one upstairs, one on the ground floor) and a cosy single on the ground floor. Each king has its own en-suite—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a freestanding bath for long soaks. (Note: bathroom access is via Bedrooms 1 or 2; there isn’t a separate family bathroom.)
