The space Centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer. 10-20 min drive to all attractions. Please note you have to walk through shared patio to get to the tiny home. No on site parking available. Street parking only. Even though we do pay for high speed internet please note that the speed and validity of it can’t be guaranteed by host as that is a service provided by a third party. Guest access Entire 250 sft tiny home and yard. Please be mindful of guests and community. Short term rental are becoming less and less liked by communities/neighbors. Please help us avoid being frowned up on. (We have a service closet with a padlock/ deadbolt lock for our cleaning staff- that part will be unavailable for your use). Guests have access to full use of tiny house at 7272-2, and shared patio thru the main fence. - Please don’t bother any of the neighbors. Be mindful of the community and those around. Other things to note This TINY 250 sft house is located in the back of main residence. Community consists of 3 other units. Total of 4 homes in private lot. - Please note no assigned parking is provided. Off street parking only. You Access your tiny home thru the neighbors’ side and rear patio. You don’t get street access which makes this a very private and secluded as well as private.
