The space Our vacation home is equipped with all the amenities and comforts one would expect, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay! Open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Four split type air-conditioner/heater. Kitchen has a stainless steel appliances, a beautiful copper sink, and is open to the living room that has a cathedral open beam ceiling. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55” TV, high speed internet and board games for entertainment. Triple glass door sliders off the living room lead to a large front and side deck with hammock, outdoor dining furniture and loungers that is perfect for relaxation. The main level also has a bedroom, 1 queen sized bed, full bathroom and a separate laundry room. The 2nd bedroom is located at the loft which has two queen size bed, full bathroom, flat screen TV, and a reading area. All bed sheets in cotton/lyocell 310 thread count. Self-check-in with smart lock. Late fall/winter guests: During snow season, 4WD/AWD vehicle is needed for your visit. If you don't have the appropriate vehicle for snow or visit during a larger snowstorm with feet of snow, you may have to depend on the street to be plowed to drive on the street. And there may be times you will need to shovel to get your car out of the driveway as the driveway will not be plowed during an active snow storm (shovel will be provided at premises). If a snow storm is predicted, I recommend parking your car(s) at the end of the driveway near the street to make it easier to get out. We may also need to cancel reservations if driveway is not accessible for guests due to snow. Other things to note Our vacation home rental permit strictly limits the number of guests to 4 (not including children 5 years old and under) per stay. Please observe quiet hours between 9pm to 8am. We kindly request that you respect this rule and help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. When making reservation, please list all guests and pets (dogs only, maximum of 2) in the booking. Please also be aware that heavy snowfall is common in Pollock Pines during the late fall/winter season, which lasts from mid-November to mid-April. Outdoor Furnitures won't be available during this season. Power outages may also occur during snow season. It is advisable for winter guests to have all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles and car chains to navigate the roads safely. Roads may be slippery so please be very careful.
