Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located on Tarpon Canal convenient to many restaurants, beaches, golf courses and Fishermens Village. Home is 20 minutes from the Punta Gorda FL airport. Views of the canal with a large dock and deck at the water with a heated pool. Large partially fenced private back yard. 3 bedrooms, two baths with full kitchen and two family rooms and two dining areas, there is plenty of room to spread out! The space The house is a split plan with the primary king bedroom on one side of the house with newly remodeled en-suite, two living areas and kitchen in the center and the other side of the house has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and canal view, and the other is a queen bed and an additional full bathroom. There is an exterior door that leads from the pool directly to the second full bathroom so you don’t have to walk through the entire house wet from the pool! There are 3 sets of sliders opening up nearly the entire back of the house to the pool and patio area. There is a newly remodeled heated pool with bench to sit in. (Heating in the winter will add $10 per day fee) The entire patio area has brand new pavers, and freshly screened cage to keep out bugs. Outdoor speaker lights allow Bluetooth connection for you to play your favorite playlist! There is an outdoor table for dining on the lanai and a separate bar height table with a couple of stools also. You could also relax outside of the primary bedroom and get canal views while relaxing with morning coffee. Leaving the pool area you can head down to the dock to look for fish, manatees, and lots of amazing birds! Use caution near the dock. The canals also have alligators so please don’t enter the water. Home is equipped with a gas grill, plenty of spices for cooking, lots of small appliances and plenty of cookware for dining in! Guest access All except the locked shed out back and the owners closet entryway and the primary bedroom closet which is for owners use only. A large wardrobe unit is in the master bedroom for guests use. Garage parking not allowed. Other things to note All guests required to sign a short term rental contract in order to stay. Thank you for your cooperation. Age restrictions due to HOA apply. Our home was nearly completely totaled by Hurricane IAN. We have since rebuilt and repaired the house. Our now remodeled home has plenty of living space with views of the canal and a large new deck and dock. Pool heating during cooler season is $10 a day additional. No pets. There are cameras on the outside of property. These are for security and NOT to be touched by guests. Any adjustment to cameras will cost $250 fee for fixing or replacing cameras. Only active when alarm is on and home is unoccupied. There is no recording active while guests are at the home. Thank you for considering our home.
