We are a family owned business with outstanding customer service. We did our best to think of everything to enhance your stay with us. We are located in a gated community on the coveted East End with a 9 hole golf course and pool on site. Our villa has two outdoor patios to enjoy with mountain and sea views. We have 2 bedrooms, both have king beds and new mattresses. The upstairs has an added Tempurpedic Cooling Topper. Our Villa is equipped with 3 split A/C units, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The space 2 bedrooms with king beds and full en suite bathrooms. Full kitchen. Living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Two outdoor patios with seating for four on each. Outdoor gas grill available. Sea views from all rooms in the villa and famous Buck Island views. The upstairs room has sunlight as windows do not have darkening shades. The downstairs suite is darker if you’re a daytime sleeper. *please check “other” notes for additional important information Guest access Entire Villa - Resort Amenities to include pool, tennis, pickleball, and golf (minimum fee for golf and frisbee golf) Other things to note *We highly recommended renting a vehicle for your stay on the island *We have a pack and play but the villa in general is NOT small kid friendly. (We have stairs and no child locks) *We exterminate on a regular basis; however, we are still located on an island that we share with a lot of critters. We have extra bug supplies for any stragglers that may be left after extermination, as well as tips and tricks to reduce this issue during your stay. We take great pride in clean spaces *WE OFFER DISCOUNTED RATES FROM JULY-SEPT*!! *We have a security camera located outside the villa, they are located outside at the doors and can be turned off upon request. No cameras are inside the home. Beach chairs, towels, and ice chest are available for your use at our villa.
