.*WE ARE NOT A HOTEL* Beautiful two-level house (vehicle noise due to being a downtown area) with an Oaxacan touch, just 4 blocks from the main square, and close to different emblematic markets. It has a small private parking lot for 1 vehicle, living room, TV, wifi, local channels, dining room, equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, coffee maker, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, balcony and patio (my neighbor has a rooster and another animal, it is a noise that I cannot control) The space It is a 2-story house, located in downtown Oaxaca. BEAR IN MIND THAT BECAUSE IT IS A CENTRAL AREA, THERE WILL BE CAR TRAFFIC AND NOISE. Some neighbors have roosters and hens in the parking lot (shared area) We have a small office, a place where the staff goes to support what can be offered to guests and where we store cleaning items and personal things. Guest access Three bedrooms, 4 double beds, Two full bathrooms Living room, An equipped kitchen, Dining room, Backyard, Parking for one car. Other things to note We are in a privileged area where we have a pharmacy on the corner, a convenience store half a block away, and on that block there are 3 parking lots, clothing stores, and a Coppel dining rooms.
