Walking distance to churches, public beach, restaurants, library, weekend music events, boat basin, restaurants, and 14 minute's Cedar Point. Close to Cedar Point Sports Center, slide parts, shopping, and a 25-minute ride to ferry to islands. Don't shop, ice cream parlor across the street, or one block walk. This is a second-floor unit with parking for one car on the property. You can park additional vehicles on Center Street but not in front of the house and also can park on the narrow South Street called Rensselaer. Make sure your cars are parked on the house side facing north. It very narrow public street and you are permitted to park there. Street parking, walking, and bike.
