The community do not allow groups celebrating parties, so this is a great option for families and friends travelling together! We are able to comfortably accommodate up to eight (8) guests in this place but can accommodate as much as 16 pax. Upon arrival at EDSA Mansions, it is advised that the guests should go directly to the security guard for identification and registration purposes. Moreover, at least one guest is required to leave one government issued ID and may claim it on or before their check out. We will be sending the passcode 30 minutes before your check in time. 4. CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT? Since the townhouse is quite huge, it requires ample time to clean the whole unit, I am usually unable to provide a late check out, so as not to affect the next guests. 5. IS HOUSE KEEPING PROVIDED/CHANGE MY SHEETS AND TOWELS? Please understand that we are not a hotel and we do not provide housekeeping service. Unless previously agreed upon, please note that no cleaning or housekeeping service will be provided during your stay. 6. IS THERE A PARKING IN THE COMPOUND? Yes. Kindly approach the guard for the designated PARKING SPACE. Take note that the homeowners association has a STRICT policy for ONE-CAR-PER-UNIT only. Therefore, in the event that guests have more than one car, they may park the other cars at the nearest and safest parking area inside the Mall of Asia, Blue Bay or Blue Wave. 7. WHAT DOES THE RATE COVER? The rate is inclusive of electricity, water, landline(local calls only), wifi. Number of pax depends on the number of pax indicated under your booking. 8. IS THERE A BATH TOWEL INCLUDED? Yes. There are bath towels included based on the number of persons accommodating the place. Guests may request for additional towel for a minimum charge of P50.00 per towel. 9. ARE WE ALLOWED TO COOK IN THE UNIT? Yes. The unit is fully-equipped with cooking wares such as pans, electric stove, utensils, electric kettle, strainer, rice cooker, diningwares, etc… NOTE: Please throw your trash every day to the garbage bin located outside the unit-but inside the gate, to maintain cleanliness. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Smokers may smoke inside the gate – its designated smoking area. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Since it is a quiet and guarded community, parties are highly discouraged so as not to annoy/disturb the neighbourhood. The guards shall have the right to call your attention if in case there are complaints coming from the neigborhood. PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTE that our cleaners will come at 11:00 am as they need to have time to clean the unit properly. Thank you!
