Welcome to my air-conditioned flat, with a large lounge / open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a calm and furnished garden, only 200m from the lake. You'll find Sevrier's municipal beach (ideal for kids) 400m away, and another (quieter) grass beach 500m away. You'll be 50m from the bus stop to Annecy (6km), 100m from the cycle path, cycle rentals, tennis courts, kids' playground, 200m from the Port (shuttles, rentals for kayak, boats, SUP, etc). Restaurants, supermarket and hiking also nearby. The space Master bedroom with king size bed (160x200) and wardrobe. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200, can be joined), wardrobe and storage, also baby cot available. Very comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, TV, WiFi (fiber), dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee machine Senseo. Baby kit available at the flat: baby cot (60x120), chair adaptor, WC adaptor, changing table. Adapted for homeworking with a folding desk available, and (on request) a screen. Guest access Access the flat by the main door at the back of the house, the flat is on the 1st floor (middle flat) - same level as main door. You can park by the side just before the house when a space is available (see details in the instruction booklet inside). The garden is the one partially fenced, closest to the house, at the back. There is a small outdoor sofa, 2 chairs, a coffee table. 2 additional lounge chairs and a small barbecue (coal). Other things to note Cleaning and bedding+towels included (75 euros fee).
