Cozy Home in Temescal (Near BART)

A cute home just steps from Temescal Alley with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a master bedroom suite opening onto a large deck in the sunny backyard. Living room with large TV & stereo, open kitchen and dining room space, and ample space for outdoor entertaining, including an outdoor kitchen. Short 15 minute walk to the Rockridge neighborhood and BART. The space This is a cozy house where adults and kids will feel at home. Just one block from the Temescal Whole Foods market and great restaurants like Pizzaiolo, Marufuku Ramen, Cholita Linda, Rose's Taproom and Burdell. Guest access You'll have access to all parts of the house, not including the backyard studio. Other things to note There are enough beds for four people. However, we have comfortable pads that can be used to make more sleeping area. The kids love sleeping on a pallet in the living room when friends come over, and often are pulled out to the living room for a movie/popcorn evening in. We also have a very reliable air mattress.
