Vereda Yelapa : Abiu

Vereda is a beautiful, nature-integrating design that creates welcoming and intimate spaces. A private oasis with it's own pool of natural fresh water near the river, beach and town for all who desire an unforgettable experience in tune with nature. The space Abiu is part of our Vereda eco lodge compound. It is an apartment style with an open terrace with a bamboo couch, with a magnificent over view of the pool and the tropical mountains, and has hanging passion fruit vines on the windows. A white cozy bathroom with recycled wine bottles in the wall, the main space has a beautiful mandala in the wall, a queen-size bed with a cotton mosquito net, and a sleeping couch. The amazing huge kitchen and pool are shared between our 4 listings. During the summer: We inform all our potential visitors that in the rainy season many more unforeseen events arise than on other dates. Heat, mosquitoes (possibility of dengue), spiders and a variety of wildlife. We are located in the jungle so there is a cacophony of sounds from birds, roosters and chickens as well as dogs from the neighborhood. Our place is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. In Vereda you can enjoy a lot of nature so parties and loud music are not allowed. We have a well water pool... a very well equipped open kitchen decorated with sculptures and flowers from the garden. Knowing the details of our place, everyone is welcome. Thank you. Guest access The kitchen is shared between the owners and all the other guests. The guests have special dish racks with all the essentials they can use. The rest of the cooking utensils if for the personal use of the chef. Please use cutting boards, do not use the table or the marble for cutting. Inside of the big fridge every house has its own rack to be used. As you used the kitchen you clean for the convenience of everyone. Vereda provides drinking well water, that is purified by a filtration system. We provided linens and towels for the use in Vereda, please bring sarongs or towels for the beach and river. Other things to note Please be respectful with our home. We share our most beloved hand made bed covers and cushions. Please don't use the white towels to clean your make up or shoes mud. Use things with conscience. We will check the room before departing to check everything is in order. Or we will have to use your deposit to replace the damages. We don't accept children under 6 years old. During low season May-Oct Yelapa gets hot and the jungle loud. Be aware tgat you are in an open enviroment. If you can’t handle bugs or humed heat we suggest you visit us during Nov- April.
