Nestled in a calm and relaxing valley, our vacation rental ''Sous le Figuier'' will allow you to fully relax with friends or family, with a breathtaking view of the mountain. The open garden and the heated swimming pool will be an excellent additions to the various possible excursions around the house: visits to remarkable sites, hikes, mountain bike outings, canyoning, or even the beaches of Lac Montbel. Our peaceful village will provide you all the calm you need to relax. The space A very bright living space opens directly onto the terrace with a large area to eat, relax (TV lounge with 2 sofas) or play with your family. The terrace opens on a lush garden (equipment for barbecue available), and on the swimming pool (5x10) : you'll see a breathtaking view of the village and the mountains. All the rooms are well appointed, comfortable and private. The two ground floor rooms are en suite, with a family bathroom. Electrical equipment is available to tenants (raclette and fondue sets, stone grill, pancake maker, Krampouz crepe maker, croque-grill - waffles,...) Guest access The travelers have the whole house, the garden and the swimming pool are their disposal. The cottage is attached to our family home, which will allow our travelers to get help quickly for any logistical or material questions. We open the pool from mid-May to mid-October. It is outdoor and uncovered. It is open from 9am to 9pm. Access to the pool is shared with the owners and limited to a maximum of 15 people. Supervision of children under 14 in the pool is the responsibility of the accompanying adults. No child can access the pool without the presence of the responsible adult supervising them. Other things to note Linen and towels are provided for all our guests. However, we do ask that you bring bath towels for the swimming pool or the bathing lakes (Lac de Montbel, canyoning and river swimming). Electricity: Above a use of 8 kWh per day, a supplement will be requested (number of kWh x 0.21 €) Our house is on the edge of a small mountain village, but of course we have neighbours. We kindly ask our guests to reduce the noise level after 10 pm.
