House 3 minutes from the beach

Our pretty family home is located on the shopping street of Blonville (pedestrianized in summer). All shops are around the house and the beach is a 3-minute walk away. The market several times/week from April at the foot of the house. No disturbance because we are on the second row. A nice courtyard will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days with a BBQ and table / garden furniture for 7 people. Beach games, board games, children's games, baby kit: families welcome! The space The house is 70 square meters with 3 bedrooms. Beautiful ceiling height. A living/dining room with corner sofa. A large fully-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (2 adults, 1 child) including 2 in a row. One of the adult bedrooms overlooks the children's bedroom. The bathroom is quite small but functional, everything is organized to make your life easier (basket in each room to store your things, mirrors to dry your hair, etc.) detail on each photo. Toilet on the ground floor + 1 upstairs. This is our second home: board games for adults and children, books, basic necessities, household items, machines, everything is at your disposal! Large courtyard for children to play, or adults to enjoy the sun and BBQ. Outdoor shed for storing everything (beach toys available) + shower when you return from the beach. The house is on the second line, the location is IDEAL and the real plus! Shops 1 min away, beach 3 min away. Guest access Everything will be accessible, our entire house for your family moments! Other things to note Included in the cleaning fee: We use a concierge: all linens are hotel quality and will be installed for your arrival + welcome kit (shower gel, shampoo available, garbage bag, 1 dose for the dishwasher and some coffee capsules). Everything will be ready when you arrive! Bath towels on request from our concierge (€4 per kit/pers). Check-in time to be arranged with me and check-out time with our concierge for your check-out. Baby kit upon request free of charge: Baby bed, shower hammock, small inflatable bathtub, high chair. We are always here to provide support if you have any questions or concerns.
