Nestled in the heart of the Gâtinais Regional Natural Park and bordering the Fontainebleau Forest, this comfortable studio will charm you with its warm, blue tones! You'll feel right at home, and I'll be available should you need anything. Contact me with any questions; I'll do my best to answer them and help you plan your visits. The space You will have the entire studio to yourselves: Bed with storage, sofa, kitchen, table, bathroom, and your own private garden for outdoor dining. Excellent Wi-Fi for working. For longer stays (more than one week), access to the laundry room is available for an additional €7. The communal courtyard is under video surveillance for everyone's safety. Guest access You can easily park on the grounds shared with another gîte and my own accommodation. A key box allows you to be independent upon arrival. I will welcome you at your convenience. Other things to note The house must be cleaned before departure. Parties are not allowed.
