The Colonial Cottage is a premium cozy luxury cottage that is just 800 meters from the lake and 1.5 km from the center of Kodaikanal town and yet it is located in a very quiet 1.5 acre full organic property with beautiful organic gardens and vegetables growing here. We have a kitchen, fridge, and 24 hours hot water and 51 inch tv with cable and wifi. While we don't serve food at our place, restaurants are a few minutes drive. Swiggy and Zomato delivers. The cottage is strictly non smoking. The space The cottage is strictly non smoking. Guests who smoke can smoke in the garden. Drinking is allowed in the cottage. Also we have 3 dogs which are let out at night, they are friendly and they are let out at 9:30 pm sharp and kept in leash morning 5:30 am. So please do not set out of your cottage after 9:30pm. They are for your safety, our property has full cctv 13 cameras. Our front gate is always closed. Please when you leave the property keep it closed. We have one king sized bed and one single bed. We can also put a mattress on the ground for the fourth guest.
