The neighborhood is perfect for a short walk. You can easily drive to three different grocery stores within a 2 mile radius and many local restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Red Rocks, within an hour of many different skiing areas and 30 minutes from Denver. Reminder, you're in the mountains. You will see lots of wildlife while staying in our home. Be aware of your surrounds especially with little ones and pets. There is a possibility of seeing; Deer, Fox, Hawks, Bear and Rabbits. Please keep your dogs leashed at all times when walking around our property.
