The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier. The space The apartment has a living room with an American kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies. There is air conditioning for heating and cooling in the two bedrooms and the living room. Our apartment is located on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building.
