All Brick Retreat! Cozy 2 bedroom home. Near parks

There is plenty of room for families who are in town for sporting events as the home is centrally located near Tony's Pizza Event Center and Bill Burke baseball fields. It is also blocks away from the newly renovated Downtown Salina which has many shops and great places to eat. This is a wonderful, newly updated brick home. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full size bathroom. The living room has plenty of space for the additional queen size air mattress we have available for extra guests. The kitchen has a full stove and plenty of counter space. The refrigerator is compact size but still has room to hold whatever you need to keep cold during your stay. The TV has an Amazon Firestick which many apps downloaded for you to watch your favorite shows with your login information. In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer available for you to catch up on laundry. We also have a ping pong table for some family fun! You will have access to the entire house and basement. The backyard is very large and can be used, we just ask that you do not access the garage and shed in the yard. Most of the time I'm just a few minutes away if needed. send me a message if anything else is needed. Quite friendly neighborhood with that small town feel. There is public bus stop near by and uber service available
