If eating out isn't your thing, we are also walking distance from 3 great grocery stores and many great local shops. Looking for something? Let us know so we can point you in the right direction! The space ROOMS - 2 full bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. 1 child's bedroom with a single trundle bed. (aka an additional single bed pulls out from under the first bed) - 1 den/aka baby room with a crib, change table, and chair. This room is off of the main bedroom. - 1 dining area - 2 living areas (1 which is a play room, the 2nd has a couch for lounging). - full kitchen and bath - private laundry area - backyard play area/eating area/parking pad. Our home is a row house in the middle of the vibrant neighbourhood of Christie Pits Park in downtown Toronto. The house is on a main street and is fairly long, so the front of the house offers the busyness of the city, while the back of the house opens up to a quieter sunny backyard concrete patio where the kids can play, you can entertain, and also park the car at night. There are two bedrooms, one main bedroom with a queen bed, and a second child's bedroom with a single bed that has a trundle bed to fit another person. The main bedroom also has an attached den that is outfitted with a crib, change table, and chair to nurse or read stories. There is laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom with a bath and shower. Air conditioning and heating are fully functional. If you would like to enjoy some culture, there are books in the house as well as a piano. We use the projector to stream our favourite shows and you can too with the apple TV. We love our home and hope you do too! Guest access The house consists of two separate units: one on the main floor and one in the basement. The basement is currently tenanted and you likely will only see or hear the tenants coming in or out of their back entrance. Your access will include the entire main floor, as well as the back patio/parking pad area. Other things to note The house is old and we live in it year round, so you can expect some creaky floors and the other quirks of an old house. It has a lot of charm! We also live here year round so you can expect that our things will still be in the house. Though one of the main bedroom closet drawers has been emptied for your use. Feel free to peruse books and use toys, and make yourselves at home. Registration Details STR-2208-FTCBHC
