Guest access Our guests can access all common areas of the building, such as the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Complete change of linen (bed and bath): R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 set of bed linens) Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) If you have any questions, please let us know. - In the kitchen, we offer coffee, sugar and salt. We do not offer oil and pepper.
