This is Comma House, where we want to provide a clean and cozy accommodation. Free parking is available in the building, and it is safe because all floors are recorded with 24-hour CCTV. Yeonnam-dong's restaurant alley is right in front of the road, and if you walk through the alley, it naturally leads to the Gyeongui Line Forest Road. There is a garden on the rooftop of the building, so you can relax alone. It is also close to Severance Hospital, so it will be convenient for those who are receiving a medical examination and their families. Enjoy with your friends and family!! The space It takes 7-10 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station, and Yeonnam-dong is right in front of you! Sevens Hospital and Yonsei University are about 15-20 minutes on foot, and one stop by bus.(It is used a lot for hospital health checks or treatment purposes.) It is safe because CCTV is installed on all floors and recorded 24 hours a day, and accessed with a security key. Parking is available if you tell us in advance. It's a six-story building with an elevator, so you don't have to carry your carrier up the stairs. Induction and cooking utensils (please let us know in advance if you need cooking oil, salt, or pepper), fridge, washing machine (with detergent and softener), microwave, coffee pot, iron, and shower amenities are provided. For personal hygiene, you only need to prepare toothpaste and toothbrush. Guest access Rooftop Garden: Feel the cozy rooftop garden. However, please use it quietly after 10 pm. Parking space: Parking lot is available upon request in advance. After parking, please leave a contact and a note in the car. Other things to note No smoking indoors (USD200 penalty for violation) Access is prohibited to anyone other than the person who made the reservation, and there is a penalty of USD 200 for any additional person without prior consent. Pets are not allowed. Please take off your shoes indoors. Please collect food separately and dispose of it in a food waste bag. Please turn off the boiler, air conditioner, and lights when you go out. For safety, public places (parking lots, lobbies, elevator halls) are being recorded by security cameras.
