Our unique casa is newly renovated (2025) with modern amenities, including air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor grill. The property boasts a lush private garden, surrounded by nature's beauty. We're just a 15-minute walk from stunning beaches and a short stroll from local shops and restaurants, making it easy to cook the perfect Italian dinner or enjoy the local flavors. We've fallen in love with this small paradise on earth, and we'd love for you to experience it too. The space Our cozy home comfortably accommodates 2 adults in a spacious matrimonial bed (160x200cm) in a separate bedroom. We provide fresh bedding and towels for your convenience. A comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm) in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, glassware, a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy complimentary internet access during your stay (Wi-Fi connection available, though signal strength can vary). Guest access Upon booking, you'll have access to a nearby parking space. Please note that the house is situated on a hillside, and there are approximately 50 stairs to reach the property. Your private retreat includes an entire house and a lush private garden, with additional access to a shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). Other things to note - *Trash disposal*: Please take out the trash daily to avoid any issues. There are large trash cans near the parking area. *Security and Amenities* - The resort has a security office at the entrance with gates, ensuring a secure and private environment. You can simply wave hello to the security personnel without stopping or showing documentation. - *ATM*: The only cash machine within a 20km radius is located in the same building as the security office. However, it may be empty during peak season, so it's recommended to have some cash on hand for certain expenses. *Shopping and Dining* - For larger shopping trips, we recommend visiting Eurospin in Santa Teresa Gallura (30-minute drive). You can find everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Costa Paradiso, but Eurospin offers cheaper options for food and essentials. - *Local Shops and Restaurants*: Fresi supermarket (5-minute walk) is open all day long during summer. Restaurants typically open from 13:30 to 15:30 and dinner service starts after 19:00. Reservations are recommended. Note that Italians usually don't eat pizza for lunch. *House and Pool* - *Wi-Fi*: The Wi-Fi router is located in the house. If it's not working, try restarting it. The password is written under the router. Also put it out on the terrace and it will work better (watch the rain doesn’t get it). - *TV*: Enjoy 281 Italian channels, and if you have a Netflix subscription, you can stream your favorite shows. - *Swimming Pool*: Our private pool cards are located next to the TV. The pool offers free beach chairs and umbrellas, with opening hours: - Morning: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM *Smoking and Cigarettes* - If you smoke, please do so on the terrace. You can buy cigarettes in advance from the local Tabacchi shop or the machine (requires Italian ID). *Wildlife* - *Ants*: Be mindful of ants in the house, as they can be annoying. Please keep all food sealed, including salt. - *Wild Boars*: Wild boars are common in Costa Paradiso. They're not dangerous but can be a nuisance. Please keep the garden fence door closed, and refrain from feeding them, as it's forbidden by law. - *Cats*: There are many cats in the area, but they're cared for by local ladies.
