Within walking distance to the beautiful Delsjön Nature Reserve, this spacious three-level townhouse offers comfort and convenience. The living room opens to a terrace with sun from early afternoon to late evening. Below is a child-friendly garden and a large kettle grill. Free parking on our quiet turnaround street. 15–20 minutes to downtown by car, bus, tram, or e-scooter. We prepare the beds for your arrival, and we take care of the final cleaning. The space Entrance Floor On the entrance floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. The hallway offers plenty of storage and also includes a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll find some basic groceries in the fridge, freezer, and pantry – feel free to help yourself. Garden and Barbecue From the terrace, a staircase leads down to the garden, where you can set up the barbecue. In the garden, there is a swing and a sandbox. Upper Floor Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a TV-room with a balcony, and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double light curtains, along with blinds. The third bedroom is only equipped with blinds. The curtains and blinds reduce light but are not fully blackout. We will make the beds with clean linens before your arrival. The beds have the following dimensions: • 1 bed: 210x200 cm, firm mattress • 1 bed: 160x200 cm, firm mattress • 2 beds: 90x200 cm, medium-firm mattress (joined together) • 1 crib (extendable to 160 cm) Please message us if you are in need of the crib. Basement Level The basement level features a large, fully equipped bathroom. The bathroom also includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Next to the bathroom is a drying room with clotheslines for hanging laundry. An iron and ironing board are also available.
