A parking space inside the condominium for medium cars. Security camera - condominium The space In the property we have three bedrooms. In the suite, there is a double bed. In the double bedroom - a double bed and a single bed. In the third bedroom, a double bed and a single bed. Ceiling fans. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. Safe condominium and family atmosphere. Guest access The property will be fully available to the guest, with space for 1 (one) vehicle in front of the door. Other things to note You are obliged to respect the rules of the condominium, such as the law of silence, the permanence of only one vehicle in the courtyard, and the transit of animals and/or children between cars is prohibited. Always check for lights and fans that are on unnecessarily, and close the taps tightly. *Smoking is not allowed inside the house, if you SMOKE, you will be charged a cleaning fee of R$250.00. * No pets allowed. * No excessive noise after 10 p.m. * Visitors (people outside the reservation) ARE NOT ALLOWED. * If you break any item, please let us know and we will charge you the cost.
