Pink Cottage, dating back to the 1760's has recently been fully renovated and redecorated with a contemporary twist, all whilst still maintaining it's historic charm and character. Located on the most picturesque and colourful (Pedestrian) street in Kinsale, Newman's Mall, a mere stone's throw from some of Ireland's best restaurants, bars and cafes. The space Our small, town centre cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a king bed and bathroom all with modern décor and amenities. Wifi, 32 inch HD Smart TV's with Netflix , bluetooth speaker, Washer Dryer, Iron. Fully Fitted Kitchen area, two ring Hob and Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, French press, fridge & accessories. The wood-burning stove is yours to use. (smokeless fuel provided) It gives the cottage an incredibly cosy atmosphere and keeps the place toasty warm on those chilly winter days. The outdoor dining area is perfect to relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a day of exploring Kinsale. This is a cute and compact cottage at only 640 square feet. Best suited for a couple. Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourself. Keys are located in a lockbox for self check-in. Other things to note Kinsale is a bustling town and boasts an active nightlife. As the cottage is centrally located in close proximity to bars and restaurants, there may be some outside ‘chatter' at times. ** Please please take note that this is a TOWN CENTRE property and there will be the usual town centre noice. If this doesn't suit you I politely ask you to book elsewhere, at a less central location ** There is no parking outside the house. There are three public carparks and some free on-street parking all within three minutes’ walk or less. This is a two story cottage, there is a wooden staircase from the living area to the bedroom, which less abled people may find challenging. Views onto the street. (no sea views)
