''LumiArt'' is unique and has its own style. The apartment is brand new, fully equipped and spacious. It is located near consulates, pharmacies, restaurants and is blocks away from the business center with Manzana 40. Open to families, executives, and anyone who wants to have an amazing stay! The space Its cozy atmosphere will make you feel at home. - In the suite we have a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a dressing room. - In the second room there are: 2 twin beds with a private bathroom and a dressing room. -In the living room there is a Smart TV with streaming apps (each guest's account), and a sofa bed that can fit 1 child or 2 small children. It has a guest bathroom in the hallway, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The balcony has amazing views and is spacious, perfect for taking a break. Guest access The apartment's rooms and beds are set up according to the number of guests who enter. Other things to note THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED * One bath towel per guest and one face and floor towel per bathroom are provided, plus sheets for the number of guests indicated. - Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not replenished. You can purchase additional items at the nearest supermarket if you need to. - Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility. - Extra bed/bath linens and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with Acomodate. - For long stays, guests are responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies. * The cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. ** Please note that you're staying in a home and not a hotel. Therefore, if any problems arise, we will take action ASAP, but there is no maintenance/repair/cleaning team available 24/7.
