Relax with the whole family at this lake front property without compromising on any conveniences. You'll be staying on the upper floor with gorgeous views where you'll have 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a loft. The basement is an apartment unit with a full time tenant (completely separate entrance.) You'll have exclusive access to a private beach during your stay. Access to the beach is down a gravel slope/path (see pictures.) The space 3 bedrooms: 1. Master with a connected bathroom, queen bed and lake view 2. Second bedroom has a queen bed 3. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds Loft area above living room with couch and futon. Large living room with dining table Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast table Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the upper level of this home. The bottom half of house is an apartment but is an entirely separate living space with a separate entrance (no shared indoor spaces). You may encounter them in the driveway. The driveway is shared. Please limit your use of driveway to one car and park in designated spot. There is plenty of extra parking on the street in front of house. Guests will have exclusive access to the beach/dock. Guests will need to navigate a gravel slope to reach the beach area. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note Life jackets or other water safety devices are not provided. Please bring properly fitted life jackets for those who need them and supervise children at all times when near the water. No life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk. We have a doorbell camera at the front door for security purposes.
