Staying here feels like a private refuge which is airy, open and steeped in green surrounds whilst being a perfect base for exploring hip Redfern and Inner Sydney. Redfern Station is a 5 min walk away, 10 to Central, and moments to beautiful parks, shops, bars & restaurants of Redfern. Airport is 12mins by train. The space This comfortable 2 bedroom heritage home has been renovated with a brightly-lit open plan living area, gourmet kitchen with high quality appliances. The generous bathroom includes a large rose-head shower and deep, free-standing bathtub. Each cosy bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed and all natural fibre linen. With plenty of natural light during the day, block-out blinds for the night, you'll have good airflow through the heritage sash windows and ceiling fans to ensure a good night's sleep. The indoor living and dining area has a split system air-conditioner and gas heating for the cooler months. The indoor dining area flows out bifold doors onto the covered outdoor dining area and laundry cupboard, which looks out to a shaded fully-fenced subtropical garden including a small lawn both you & your pet can enjoy. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself with access from the street using a lockbox key. I will not be able to meet you in person for check-in but will be personally available over the phone should you require it. Other things to note There is a covered outdoor laundry including a Bosch Front loader washing machine and Samsung Dryer, there is also ironing equipment and a washing line available to use as well. The kitchen includes all the necessary cooking utensils as well as the pantry necessities such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices & herbs are all provided. Espresso coffee and tea amenities are also available however Redfern's local cafe's within a block's distance are worth the short walk for a good coffee. Local daily parking permits are available to use for unlimited street parking if you are driving. More often than not there are parking spots either on the same street or surrounding laneways. There is a smart TV including Netflix for you to use as well as wifi. This is a strictly no party house.
