Relax in peaceful Cape Paterson, where coast meets the country. This family friendly beach house, bathed in natural light, has everything you need for a short or long stay. 3 BR, main bathroom with tub shower & separate WC, ensuite with spa bath, open plan living with sofa bed & full kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining, covered deck with BBQ, fully fenced backyard, off street parking with carport, seperate laundry with dog door to backyard. Walk to beaches, playgrounds & dog park. Linen provided. The space Our Cape Paterson beach house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in any season. The house is breezy and comfortable for couples, families or small groups. The covered side deck is great for BBQs and lazing around during the day or evening. The open plan kitchen and living area are bathed in natural light and provide plenty of places for everyone to relax and do their own thing. The fully fenced back yard provides private space for you to enjoy the garden or for the kids or your pooch to run around happily. 
Our bedroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 - One Queen Bed in this Main room with RC Air conditioner and spa bath ensuite. Bedroom 2 - One Queen Bed with RC Air conditioner Bedroom 3 – Two Single Beds (inc. inner spring trundle bed). This room is walk through from main living area to the Main bedroom & Ensuite. Living room - Koala double sofa bed. The house can accommodate 8 guests (including 2 on sofa bed) and up to 2 pets. OUR AMENITIES Linen including sheets, doonas & towels are provided. • RC air conditioners in living area and 2 bedrooms for heating & cooling. • Aldi coffee pod machine & milk frother • Outdoor dining with covered side deck and gas BBQ • Spacious open plan interior. • Wifi Internet & TV • Couches for lounging and relaxing • Kids table, 2 chairs, toys, games & books • Billiard table • Separate laundry with washing machine & dryer • Kitchen is well equipped and includes half drawer dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas cooktop, bench space, microwave, plenty of crockery and cutlery and adjoining dining area with large dining table. PET FRIENDLY Cape Place is pet friendly (for up to 2 dogs). We have a fully fenced backyard which is well suited to mature and well behaved dogs. The fence will not contain very small or adventurous dogs. The side covered deck,  dog friendly beaches (check times on signs) and fully fenced dog agility park (the Cape Estate) make Cape Paterson a pooches paradise. Please clean up all dog waste. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and beds (pet fur is difficult to remove and some of our guests may have allergies). Additional fees apply if pet fur or odour needs to be removed. * No more than 2 dogs permitted per booking Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property (excluding the locked shed). Other things to note Our beach house is in a residential area with lovely neighbours who treasure their tranquility. The property is not suitable for noisy parties or barking dogs. Fences are not suitable to contain very small or adventurous dogs.
