The home is situated on the Florence Beauty Trail, is footsteps away from Timrod Park, and just minutes from local hospitals, restaurants, shopping, and highways. I am the home owner and take pride in maintaining this property and offering a great experience to guests. I typically rent to travel professionals and offer nice discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Reach out with any questions :) The space All bedrooms have a comfortable queen mattress, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, black out curtains, dresser, night stand, chair and tv tray, ceiling fan, and extra bedding, bath towels and toiletries. Common spaces are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room which you also have access to. There is a large, private backyard with ample room for parking for all tenants. The location is fantastic, both safe and convenient. It is 1.7 miles from McLeod, 3.3 miles from MUSC, footsteps away from Timrod park and the Florence beauty trail, and very close to shopping/restaurants/highways. Guest access You'll have access to your bedroom and the common areas of the house (kitchen, laundry room, living room, backyard). Other things to note This is a 3 bed, 3 bath home and I rent each room individually typically to travelling professionals.
