Cozy and quiet studio in the hypercenter!

Cozy studio-mezzanine for four people, located in the heart of the village of Les Carroz on the third and top floor of a quiet residence. You are 250 meters from the cable car for a departure to the "grand domaine" of Flaine-Les Carroz-Samöens-Morillon-Sixt or 2 minutes by ski-bus, the stop for which is at the foot of the building. You also have access on foot (5 minutes) to the ski/sledding slopes for beginners. Once the car is parked, you won't need it anymore because all the shops are nearby. The space The mezzanine studio, located in the city center, is composed of a living room with an independent kitchen area, a mezzanine, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony with mountain views. A first "BZ" bed is located in the main room, facing the TV. Provide a 140 x 190 fitted sheet and a 200 x 200 duvet cover. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette, waffle maker, etc. In the mezzanine, the bed consists of two 70 x 190 beds. Provide two single fitted sheets and two 140 x 190 duvet covers. Pillows and plaids are at your disposal. Please note: sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, etc., are not provided. On the other hand, household products are at your disposal. The balcony has a "bistro table" and two chairs. Cupboards, coat racks and drawers provide plenty of storage. Guest access All areas of the studio are accessible to you. In the cellar, at your disposal, there is a large ski locker in which you can also store suitcases or mountain bikes. You will find sleds for young and old! Note that the ski locker is accessible from outside the building (follow the arrows!). Other things to note The studio, for safety reasons, is non-smoking and pets are not allowed in the residence. Various additional services are available, namely: rental of sheets, covers, bath towels, baby bed and chair... Ask us if necessary. On the other hand, household products are at your disposal. In summer, the village offers many activities: hiking, swimming pool area, tree climbing, rail sledding, basketball court, skate park, pony rides, mountain biking, tennis courts, paragliding... And you can enjoy the entertainment of the Place de l'Ambiance located a few steps from the residence.
