Villa Moonstone is located in the Romirio area, on a hill of absolute tranquility overlooking the horizon of green Zakynthos and very close to Zakynthos town and the bay of Laganas. The space Villa Moonstone can accommodate up to 8 people in a space of 260 sq.m. Our villa is located in a landscape of natural beauty with modern facilities for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, ideal for families or a group of friends! Interior: The villa consists of 2 levels with a difference of 2 steps from one level to the other. Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with 2 large sofas, a dining area and a 70' LED TV with Netflix, all overlooking the pool. Crossing the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen and also a small W.C. Going up to the 2nd level you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On the same level there are 2 bathrooms. 1 is inside bedroom 1 and contains a large (2 person) bath with shower and spa bath and 2 is between the other 2 bedrooms and also contains a bath with shower and spa bath. All areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned. Outdoor area: Villa Moonstone is located in a quiet and secluded location, fully fenced, away from the main road, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in peace and complete privacy. Outside, guests can relax while enjoying: * A wonderful private pool of 70 sq.m. with a depth of 1.49 m. with an internal jacuzzi. To clean it, we use Salt Electrolysis systems which are one of the friendliest, for the user and for the environment, ways of disinfecting the pool water, greatly improving the quality of the water, reducing the use of chemicals by 80% and simplifying maintenance. * Barbecue and dining room * Comfortable sunbeds & umbrellas * Outdoor seating area next to the pool giving the feeling that the visitor is sitting in the pool * and a terrace with a seating area overlooking the pool. Guest access The entire villa is private and only used by guests. Covered private parking is also available at the villa.
