This new modernized apartment comes with a huge Gym, Pool (pool is CLOSED for the winter season, it opens up again in May), Hot Tub (open all year round), Luxury Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi, AND a Full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The mounted 55" Roku TV gives access to all your favorite streaming apps. The space Included For Free With Your Stay: ⤷ Parking ⤷ High speed internet/WiFi ⤷ Designated workspace inside the unit with rolling chair ⤷ Keurig coffee maker w/ complimentary coffee, creamer, & sweetener ⤷ All necessities - bedding, towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc. ⤷ Fully stocked kitchen including cookware, silverware, spices, & cooking spray ⤷ Ironing board & iron ⤷ Hair dryer ⤷ Cleaning supplies **Please note these units do not have a washer & dryer in them, and there is not a laundry facility on site. However, there is a laundromat only 6 minutes away from the complex, or several laundry services in the area that will come pick up and drop off your laundry within 24 hours. Amenities: There is a map of the complex posted on the door inside each apartment. Hanging on a hook right by the door is a key fob which gives our guests full access to all amenities within the Canyon Vista complex. Amenities to enjoy: - Pool (pool closed seasonally September to May) *Important* - We cannot offer any refunds if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning, and we have no control over this. - Hot tub (open all year round) see above - if hot tub is closed for any reason during your stay due to unexpected reasons, we will not offer refunds. - Large gym with separate yoga and strength straining areas, and the connecting bathrooms/locker rooms - Arcade area - Upscale Clubhouse - Pickle ball courts - Two different playground areas Sleeping: The main bed in this studio unit is king size with a brand new 12" hybrid innerspring mattress with cooling gel-infused memory foam, coupled with body-contouring pocketed coils for superior comfort. Please Note: This unit only sleeps 2 guests. Bathroom: Full size shower with great water pressure and a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no need to bring any of those soaps yourself. There will also be plenty of fresh clean towels and hand soap. Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) along with stove, oven, and fridge are ready for you to use them. The kitchen island serves as both a counter and a dining table with counter height padded stools for sitting. WiFi/Designated Workspace: Free unlimited WiFi to stay connected throughout your stay. The network name and password will be provided. For traveling professionals working on the road, ethernet access is available and can plug directly into the router using an ethernet cable providing 1Gb high speed internet. TV: A Smart TV is mounted on the wall that gives access to all streaming services. Login credentials will not be provided for the streaming services as we have found most guests log into their own accounts anyways. Canyon Vista Mail Delivery: Disclaimer: We are NOT responsible for any undeliverable, lost, stolen or misplaced mail or packages. All mail is your full responsibility. We will not be assisting with any mail deliveries. At Canyon Vista, there are no secure mail boxes for the vacation rentals. If it is necessary to receive mail and packages during your stay, we recommend that you have it addressed to the leasing office. All mail delivered by carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon and others will be at your own risk and could be subject to being lost, misplaced or stolen. Recommendation for Amazon secure deliveries that are off site is as follows: Search on Amazon for “Ship to a Pickup Location” and click on “Amazon pickup” that takes you to a list of secure lockers in the area. *Please read! As you may have noticed, there are several Airbnb listings that look essentially the same, and the titles are numbered C1, C2, etc. This is one of the eight (8) studio apartments we have here at Canyon Vista, all within the same hallway. All studio units are essentially the same, thus we have used the same photos for each listing. The only differences are in artwork/décor and orientation of the sofa. Guest access This is a private unit; you'll be renting out the entire apartment and have the whole thing to yourselves. But all amenities are shared with other guests and as well as local residents of the community. There is an electronic lock that requires a 4-digit code to both get into the building and into the apartment. You will be sent the check-in details before your arrival, which will contain your own unique 4-digit access codes for both doors. The codes will work 24/7 during the reservation, so you can check in at any point during the evening or night and can come and go at any time without issue. Other things to note We do our absolute best to provide 5 star stays and experiences and hope that you'll give us a chance to host you! We have team members that live on site and work hard to be ready to support our guests at a moments notice. However, please remember this is not a hotel with someone working a front desk at all times of the day/night. The TV is a TCL Roku TV that has all the streaming apps, but we do not provide account access to any streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). Guests will need to login to their own streaming accounts on the TV. *Important* - We cannot offer any refunds if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning. We agree that it would be such a bummer if they were closed during your stay, but we have no control over the amenities, so no compensation will be given in that event.
