Sun and Moon Bunkhouse

Welcome to our cozy bunkhouse nestled in the heart of the beautiful Tennessee hills! Our 8x8 bunkhouse is the perfect retreat for nature lovers who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with the great outdoors. Inside, you'll find two comfortable twin-sized beds with cozy bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bunkhouse is equipped with electricity and a fan. We are a family with bedtimes and booking after 9pm is not available. The space To access the bunkhouse drive down the driveway you will cross over a 2 inch limestone creek and follow the driveway all the way to the top of the hill. Once you reach the orange street light on our road, there will be an old wagon wheel with a sign pointing you to the bunkhouse. Continue to the right of the main house and you will see the bunk house. Feel free to park anywhere on the road near the bunkhouse. Outside, (behind main house)you'll find an outdoor shower with hot water. We also have a composting outdoor toilet for your convenience. the composting toilet is near to the bunk house. We are 15 mins away from the Natchez Trace Hwy, 2 hours from Nashville and 1 hour from Florence Alabama. Our property is surrounded by beautiful scenery. You'll have access to our property to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. We're also just a short drive away from local attractions such as waterfalls, wineries, and charming small towns. Please note that this is a rustic and off-grid experience. The bunkhouse is not equipped with a kitchen or running water. We do have a Berkey set up for you to refill your bottles on the porch of the bunkhouse. We also encourage our guests to bring their own camping stove or grill for cooking. We do have an outdoor fire pit with a grill top attached If you're looking for a unique and memorable getaway in the heart of Tennessee's hills, our bunkhouse is the perfect place for you. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access We have 42 beautiful acres that is open to guests to hike and explore. We also have 2 creeks on our property, and are surrounded by woods, be mindful of the animals and please treat our property with respect. Other things to note To access the bunkhouse drive down the driveway until you cross a creek, then keep to the right and follow the driveway all the way to the top of the hill. Once on the top you will see our main house. You can continue to the right of the main house and you will see the bunk house. Feel free to park anywhere near the bunkhouse. The outdoor shower is behind the main house and the composting toilet is next to the bunk house.
