Apartment with terrace overlooking nature

The apartment was newly completed in 2023. The large apartment consists of two living levels and has about 120 square meters. On the upper level are the bedrooms, dressing room and two bathrooms. On the lower level is the living area with open kitchen, a large laundry room, an extra office/reading room and guest toilet. On the level is the private terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views of the countryside. The space The apartment has a private terrace with a very nice view of a garden. The apartment has a guest toilet with a small shower, a private office room with a cozy reading corner, a living and dining area with an open kitchen, as well as a laundry room on the first floor. Access to the apartment is private. On the upper living levels are the bedrooms with two walk-in closets. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The beautiful double bed has a size of 160 × 200 cm. The bathroom is large with a modern walk-in shower, a bathtub and a modern double sink. There are also two bedrooms on the living level with a single bed 90 × 200 and a larger bed 140 × 200. The two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The two bedrooms also share a walk-in closet. Dear dogs are very welcome with us, but they must be housebroken and have a social behavior towards people and other animals. We have a family dog ourselves. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you are bringing a dog and it would be nice to get more information about it (dog breed, age...). We charge €3.50 per day for your dog and an extra fee of €55 for the final cleaning. If you need a dog basket or blanket, or dog towel, we ask you to let us know in advance. Walking in the garden is not allowed, but within walking distance we have very nice dirt roads. However, you always have to clean up your dog's mess in the area yourself! The space The Casa complex consists of three apartments in total. However, every apartment has its own private house entrance. IMPORTANT: Smoking is not permitted in the entire residential complex. How does the key handover work? In person on the day of arrival or self-check-in. Are bed linens and towels provided? Beds are made when you arrive. A set of bed linen and towels are included. What amenities can I expect? The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and everything is very modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave. The apartment has its own laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A clothes rack, iron and ironing board are provided. If you do not have laundry detergent, it is possible to obtain it from us for a fee per wash cycle. Parking? Parking is free on the neighboring street. Parking on our narrow street is not allowed. You risk receiving a fine. Parking on site is only possible for a fee and subject to availability. Please indicate in good time whether you want to reserve the parking space. Departure day cleaning of the casa? Tenants must leave all rooms swept clean on the departure date. This means that the dishes must be washed and put back in their place. Kitchen should be left neat (including oven, fridge and freezer). The kitchen strainer and the hair strainer in the bathroom should also be cleaned. All household waste bags (residual waste bag, yellow bag, etc.) should be sealed and placed in the respective waste container. All beds have a mattress protector. This protector must always remain on, even when changing bed linens. The apartment is suitable for commuters, ... who like to be in the countryside, but still want to live centrally.
